Something has shifted in me. Deeply. Quietly. Irrevocably.

Coming out of Chetan Parkyn’s karma clearing event in Austin, I feel like I’ve been reset on a cellular level. The experience brought me into a grounded sense of self I didn’t even realize I was still searching for—and opened the door to a new cycle that feels playful, powerful, and wide open.

I’ve been talking about Radical Self-Trust for a year and a half now.

It’s not new for me.

But this? This feels like the universe leaning in and asking:

“Are you ready to get really radical?”

Because what I’m walking away with isn’t just a deeper trust in myself—

Its trust in the unknown.

Trust in the becoming.

Trust that I don’t have to see the full path to know it’s aligned.

Trust in following my Joy wholeheartedly!

There’s something incredibly alive in me right now. I can feel a creative spark stirring—one that doesn’t need to be forced into form or explained right away. It’s enough to feel it. To nurture it. To let it grow in its own time.

And that’s exactly what this week’s transit is all about.

The Sun is now in Human Design Gate 3, the energy of mutation and new beginnings.

The Earth is grounding us in Human Design Gate 50, the energy of values, responsibility, and care.

This is a moment of sacred reordering—of allowing what’s new to emerge, while staying rooted in what truly matters. It’s not about rushing forward. It’s about tending to the spark with devotion.

Let’s explore what this cycle is inviting us into.

☀️ Sun in Human Design Gate 3 – The Spark That Doesn’t Rush

Human Design Gate 3 carries the energy of new beginnings—but not the tidy kind.

This is the pulse of mutation—the moment right after the old has fallen away, and something new is trying to emerge through the chaos. But here’s the thing about Gate 3: it’s not meant to plan the new into being. It’s meant to respond to it. (Yes even non-sacrals respond to life.) To allow it to take form in its own rhythm.

It’s not mental. It’s physical. Primal. Alive.

And it’s format energy, which means it has the power to set the tone for an entire cycle. Gate 3 belongs to the Channel of Mutation (3–60), which hums with the pressure to evolve. That pressure can feel exciting, disorienting, frustrating—even magical. But it’s not a sign that something’s gone wrong. It’s just a sign that something new is on its way.

In the I Ching, this gate is called “Difficulty at the Beginning,” and for good reason.

The foundational challenge of this energy is to transcend confusion and establish order. But not the kind of order that comes from control. This is an emergent order—one that reveals itself only after we’ve sat with the chaos long enough to let something true arise.

That’s the energy I’ve been sitting in since returning from Austin.

I can feel the pulse of something new coming through me—ideas, desires, possibilities.

But instead of rushing to shape it, I’m giving it space. I’m letting it breathe.

I’m not asking it to make sense before it’s ready. I’m simply responding to the excitement and letting that be enough for now.

And that’s the wisdom of Gate 3.

It reminds us that confusion isn’t a problem—it’s part of the process.

That mutation takes time.

That what’s coming through us may not have existed before, so of course it doesn’t come with instructions.

Gate 3 is tied to our fertility for a reason. It’s not just about creating ideas—it’s about birthing whole new ways of being. Generationally. Culturally. Personally.

And all of that begins… here.

In the confusion.

In the spark.

In the sacred unknown.

This is not a time to demand clarity.

It’s a time to trust that clarity will come—if you don’t rush the process.

🌍 Earth in Human Design Gate 50 – The Integrity That Holds It All

While the Sun in Gate 3 stirs the pulse of new beginnings, the Earth is grounding us in Gate 50—the energy of values, responsibility, and care.

This is the cauldron.

The container.

The place where we remember what truly matters before we leap into what’s next.

Gate 50 is Tribal energy, part of the Defense Circuit, and it’s responsible for maintaining the integrity of the systems and structures that support us—especially those that involve care, protection, and nurturing. It asks:

• Are we honoring what’s sacred?
• Are we holding our responsibilities with clarity and love?
• Are we building something that will last?

And perhaps most importantly:

Are we living in alignment with our values, or just performing what we were taught?

Coming out of the karma clearing event in Austin, I’ve never felt more held—by my life, by my husband, by my family and friends, by my online community, and by the very energy of this Earth.

I’m not building from lack. I’m not starting from scratch. I’m remembering the depth of support that already exists around me.

And that’s changing everything.

Because what I’m creating next isn’t about trying to prove anything.

It’s about creating from alignment.

From devotion.

From JOY

Gate 50 reminds us that true care includes ourselves. That tending to our own values, our own well-being, our own sense of equilibrium isn’t selfish—it’s the only way we build something sustainable.

In the Gene Keys, Gate 50 moves from the shadow of Corruption → to the gift of Equilibrium → to the siddhi of Harmony.

And that path? It doesn’t start with fixing the world.

It starts with telling the truth about where we’ve been out of balance—and choosing to restore ourselves first.

That’s what I’ve been doing.

And that’s why what’s coming through me now feels so different. So rooted. So alive.

Because the mutation of Gate 3 can’t flourish unless it has a place to land.

And Gate 50 is that place.

The place where integrity meets innovation.

Where love meets leadership.

Where the future is allowed to take shape—without forgetting the values that brought us here.

🌊 How These Energies Are Interacting

Gate 3 and Gate 50 may come from different circuits—Individual and Tribal—but together, they create a deeply potent dynamic: the energy of new beginnings held by values that matter.

Gate 3 brings the pressure to evolve. To birth something original. It thrives in the unknown. It pulses with possibility. But on its own, it can feel ungrounded, erratic, or too fragile to hold.

Gate 50 brings the structure. The moral compass. The sense of responsibility to ourselves and others. But if held too tightly, this energy can become rigid, overly cautious, or corrupted by outdated obligations.

Together, they balance each other.

💥 Gate 3 says: “Let’s create something brand new.”

💗 Gate 50 asks: “But will it hold up? And does it reflect what you truly care about?”

This pairing is not here to preserve tradition for tradition’s sake.

It’s here to reimagine what legacy can look like.

And the shadows are just as instructive as the gifts:

• The chaos of Gate 3’s shadow energy can feel disorienting when we try to force clarity too soon.
• The corruption of Gate 50’s shadow may show up as old responsibilities or inherited beliefs that no longer fit—but that we still carry out of habit or fear.

But when we meet these energies with awareness:

• Gate 3 gives us innovation without needing immediate answers.
• Gate 50 brings us equilibrium without demanding perfection.

Together, they offer a moment of aligned mutation:

a chance to bring something radically new into the world, rooted in care, values, and deep trust in the timing of things.

This is exactly what I’ve been feeling since returning from Austin.

A new beginning is coming through me—but I’m not rushing it.

I’m not trying to package it, explain it, or prove it.

✨ I’m letting it emerge.

✨ I’m anchoring it in love.

✨ And I’m letting my own values—not external expectations—shape what comes next.

💃 When Joy Leads the Mutation

If Gate 3 is the spark of new beginnings, then this past week has been a perfect example of what it looks like to trust that spark and let something beautiful emerge through it.

Before this transit arrived, as I enjoyed my final hours in Austin, I had already started feeling the energy of something new. It wasn’t a plan. It wasn’t a strategy. It was just joy. Movement. Excitement. And then… a door opened.

And they wanted more of it.

This invitation didn’t come from effort.

It came from alignment.

From allowing myself to be fully seen in my joy.

From trusting that when you show the world who you really are, the right people will recognize you.

And the timing couldn’t have been more divine.

Because the very day I received this invitation was the day I completed my Destiny Clearing session at the Austin event.

The same day I came to understand that my future abundance lives not in “teaching people Human Design,” but in joyfully being myself—and in empowering others to do the same.

I don’t have to do this alone.

This moment is being held and supported by the community I’ve already built—people who share my values, my vision, and my deep desire to bring something beautiful into the world. 

That’s Gate 50 in action: support, care, integrity, and collective alignment.

This is what Gate 3 looks like when it lives in the body.

A spark that doesn’t need a blueprint.

A mutation that begins with joy.

And a future that unfolds the moment you stop trying to control it—and start dancing with it instead.

And as I sit here finishing this blog in the midst of that energy, I’m letting it guide me—not toward answers, but toward even deeper listening.

I’ve already stopped trying to “figure things out.”

What this energy is inviting me into now is a further softening. A slowing down.

A chance to stay connected to my heart as I move forward, especially as my enthusiasm builds.

Because let’s be honest: there’s a lot of creative momentum rising right now.

I’ve been carrying this playful excitement since returning from Austin—a creative aliveness that feels like something is already happening, even if I don’t know exactly where it’s leading. The Channel of Curiosity doesn’t ask us to define the path—it just wants us to explore it. To talk about what we’re loving. To share the idea before it’s fully formed. To express the joy while it’s still building.

For me, this energy is the permission to keep speaking my excitement out loud.

To let the dance party idea take up space.

To talk about the vision before it’s polished.

And if that’s true for me, maybe it’s true for all of us right now.

💫 Taurus Season Begins (Friday, 4/19):

This week, we shift from the fire of Aries into the grounding energy of Taurus—and honestly, it feels like a gentle prelude has already begun.

Lately, I’ve found myself dancing around my house more often. Not for any reason. Not for exercise. Just because it feels good. Because my body wants to move. Because there’s joy in being present with myself like that.

That’s the essence of Taurus season.

It invites us back into the body. Into rhythm. Into the slower, more sensual parts of life.

And this year, it feels less like a pause and more like a return—a return to simplicity, to pleasure, to presence.

There’s been so much creative energy moving lately. So many new ideas. So much possibility.

But now, the energy is asking me to root it.

To let it settle into my body.

To build it from a place of nourishment, not urgency.

Taurus doesn’t want us to abandon what’s new.

It just wants us to make it real.

So this week, I’m letting myself slow down without stopping.

I’m letting joy move through me.

And I’m trusting that pleasure is not a distraction from the path—it’s part of the path.

And like all individual circuitry, it may also bring melancholy.
