Meet Richard Corbett

Interviewing Richard Corbett was like opening a richly detailed book that you can’t put down. As a seasoned Human Design analyst and astrologer, Richard brings a unique perspective, which is particularly impressive given his journey as a 6/2 emotional manifesting generator who embraced human design just as he “went on the roof” over 25 years ago. His path, woven with deep personal work and an adventurous spirit, has been anything but ordinary.

Richard’s exploration into Astrology began during a pivotal time marked by his Uranus opposition—a period known for significant upheaval. This phase posed numerous challenges, prompting him to question everything he knew about following the mechanics of his Human Design as life painfully unfolded around him. The depth of mythology in his astrology chart eventually provided clarity and direction, allowing him to navigate these turbulent times with renewed understanding.

Deepening the Human Design Experiment through Astrology

We had a great discussion of how Human Design and Astrology, used together offer a richer understanding of oneself. Richard explained how Human Design outlines our energy mechanics while Astrology brings in our personal mythology, enhancing self-understanding and highlighting the unique narratives of our lives. He shared how the Chiron mythology connected him to his astrology chart and deepened his self-awareness, helping him to navigate life’s challenges with greater insight.

• Defined Sacral through the 59-6 Channel of Intimacy: Defines his approach to relationships and intimacy, providing a stable foundation for personal connections.
